Proprietors Emmanuel and Anna Chondroyannos pride themselves in providing a quality and authentic dinning experience in the comfort of their establishment. Emmanuel is the executive chef, he was formally trained in gourmet Mediterranean cuisine and has been practicing consecutively for the past 25 years.
